Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy in case you decide you do not want to keep your purchase. Please contact us prior to returning an item. Please make sure it is sent back in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with all original packaging along-with tags and warranty papers. Any damage or evidence of wear will invalidate this returns policy. All returned items will be processed within 7 business days for refund or replacement.

Please note that free returns do not apply after the 30 day period has elapsed, and all returns made after this time are at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Conditions

We offer free delivery within the United States and Puerto Rico using our standard 3-5 day delivery service. However, please be advised that if you return an item to us the standard shipping price will be deducted from the refund amount. All of our shipped items will be insured by UPS or USPS. International orders will incur shipping costs which are displayed at the checkout before you place your order.

After an item has been shipped out you will receive an email which will include your item’s tracking details. You will be able to track your item via the designated courier’s website.

Cut-off time

The cut-off time for same-day order processing is 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. This applies to all forms of shipping, so if you require next day delivery please ensure your order is placed before this time or the order will not be processed the same day.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no cost with our standard 1-3 day delivery service.

Insurance

Hurley Exports Inc provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. For items over the value of $500, you might be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Worldwide Shipping:

We offer shipping worldwide through United States Postal Services Priority Mail, which delivers packages on average of 7-10 business days. Once an item is shipped, we will send the updated tracking number to the buyer’s email address. Buyers please track your package as it arrives your destination country.

Custom Duties and Import Charges:

International Buyers, please beware that the seller is not responsible for import charges/customs duties that may incur to this transaction and are the whole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges do not include the import charges and cover only the shipping expense.

Please note, if the buyer refuse to pay the customs/import charges and the watch is returned to the seller, the seller will charge two-way shipping due to the fact the USPS charges return shipping on all refused items.

Please note that we will be closed on all the United States Post Services recognized holidays.
